Senior Associate Paralegal

A company is looking for a Senior Associate Paralegal - Preclinical Contracting.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide legal support on preclinical contracting issues under the direction of an attorney or paralegal

Conduct research on laws and regulations affecting preclinical contracting

Draft and negotiate a high volume of preclinical-related contracts in a time-sensitive environment

Required Qualifications :

Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of legal experience, or Associate's degree with 6 years of legal experience, or High school diploma / GED with 8 years of legal experience

Completion of an ABA-approved paralegal education program or equivalent experience preferred

Experience as a paralegal in a corporate legal department or law firm environment

Strong knowledge of contracting and legal procedures related to pharmaceutical and / or university contracts

Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with evolving technologies
