What You'll Do :
- Draft, update, and maintain corporate entity records across a multi-entity structure, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct legal research and assist in preparing corporate filings, contracts, memorandums, and legal correspondence.
- Review and draft nationwide real estate contracts and transaction documents.
- Manage compliance reporting, personal property tax filings, and internal recordkeeping.
- Support employment litigation matters, including discovery coordination and case management.
- Assist with the development and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and monitoring mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve corporate and compliance issues.
- Oversee real estate closings, document recording, and notarial services, ensuring all filings are timely and compliant.
What You Bring :
3+ years of experience in corporate law, compliance, and / or real estate (experience in a highly regulated industry such as mortgage, lending, or finance is a plus).Bachelor’s degree required; Notary (RON) certification preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Strong business insight with the ability to apply legal and regulatory knowledge to real-world operations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in legal research tools, document management systems, and contract or entity management software.A proactive mindset — someone who anticipates needs, offers solutions, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Why Join New Western?
