Job descriptionEngage with prospects to understand their needs and identify how client's solutions can add value to their freight forwarding operations Qualify prospects based on their fit and readiness to integrate with client's platform, ensuring a strong sales pipeline Work closely with the sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leads Provide detailed insights and context on prospects to the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions Relentlessly follow up with leads, providing them with valuable information and resources to nurture their interest Keep in touch with qualified but undecided prospects, maintaining relationships until they are ready for a demo or next step Maintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system, tracking lead status and engagement Regularly report on key metrics, including pipeline growth, number of qualified leads, and conversion rates Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, outreach, and qualified meetings Continuously refine your outreach strategy to improve conversion rates and exceed goals Minimum of 2 years SDR or sales and marketing experience in Logistics industry Excellent communication skills (English both written and verbal) Can work independently and under pressure Problem-solving and negotiation skills Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1) Client management experience is a plus Applicants must be based in the Philippines, as this role is part of our regional team expansion Internet Service Uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement for this remote work position Available HDD Space Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) Benefit from a competitive compensation package tailored to reflect your skills and experience Become part of a diverse and dedicated team that foster a culture of excellence, autonomy and flexibility Embrace the convenience of a fully remote working environment, facilitating a healthy work-life balance without compromising on your connection to the dynamic world of tech Thrive in a company that values your potential, offering rapid career progression and opportunities for personal and professional development
