Family Law Associate Attorney

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated attorney with 5 8 years of experience practicing family law. The ideal candidate has strong litigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a client-centered approach. You'll work closely with our team of dedicated family law professionals on a variety of matters including divorce, custody, support, and post-judgment issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of family law cases from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, certifications, settlement agreements, and correspondence
• Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Advise and advocate for clients with professionalism, empathy, and integrity
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional legal service
• Maintain organized case files and meet all court and client deadlines
