Location

On-site position at the Newark, NJ office work directly alongside a collaborative team in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Note

The qualified candidate must have an active New Jersey Bar license (relocation assistance available) and be bilingual in Spanish.

Job Description

  • Represent clients in immigration, criminal defense, traffic, and occasionally family law and personal injury cases.
  • Handle daily court appearances (often virtual) and manage a varied caseload.
  • Conduct client intakes, consultations, and maintain open communication throughout the case.
  • Review and manage discovery, case files, and related documentation.
  • Draft and file legal complaints and obtain necessary records, such as medical documents.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive case handling.
  • Participate in training and development programs to advance your legal expertise.
  • Qualifications

  • Active bar license in New Jersey (relocation assistance available)
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
