Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and dedicated Infection Control RN for a travel assignment in Peridot, AZ. This opportunity offers $2,430 per week for 40 hours, scheduled as 5x8s DAY shifts.

Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

• Develop, implement, and evaluate infection control policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Conduct surveillance, investigation, and reporting of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs)
• Monitor infection control practices among staff and provide education to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and leadership to identify and mitigate infection risks
• Review and analyze infection data to identify trends and recommend prevention strategies
• Lead staff training sessions on infection prevention protocols, hand hygiene, and isolation procedures
• Ensure compliance with CDC, OSHA, and other applicable regulations and standards
• Serve as a resource for infection control best practices across the organization

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

• Active RN license in Arizona (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 3 years of recent healthcare experience
• BLS and ACLS required
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
