Resource Planner
The Resource Planner position is responsible for scheduling service for our customers through the coordination of the field service engineers' schedule, parts delivery and equipment availability in the North America Market, Service and Solutions Delivery (S&SD) organization. Your Role : Responsible for creating medium to long term planning for all service operations resources related to the workload of order realization & services delivery and responsible to deliver an effective and efficient planning in line with business objectives and obligations. The position also acts as the single person of contact for exception and escalation of service orders for customers, consumers and service engineers (internal / external) in a professional manner (analysis, registration, communication and timely escalation). Identifying planning issues, applying effective solutions and determining follow up actions with minimum direction. Identifying patterns in issues / inquiries and promoting improved customer service through regular updates to knowledge management content. You're the right fit if : You have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience. You've acquired 3+ years customer service or planning experience is highly preferred. Attention to detail and ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy. Your skills include : Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). Experience in ServiceMax, Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM preferred. Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, organization, and time management capabilities. Ability to support in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking to meet deadlines. Ability to be agile and flexible with a proactive desire to provide elevated support. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
