Manpower And Personnel Analyst
The Manpower and Personnel Analyst will support efforts to integrate human systems considerations across all stages of research, design, and system development. This role combines technical expertise with systems engineering to ensure that human performance, usability, and mission effectiveness are built into every phase of the program.
You'll provide comprehensive technical and programmatic support throughout the full system life cycle from concept refinement and technology development to production, deployment, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and analyze HSI and operational requirements
Support concept development and creation of performance tools
Conduct research, trade studies, and formal design reviews
Support test and evaluation, laboratory, and field activities
Participate in working groups, advisory panels, and mockup assessments
Provide organizational and technical management support
Investigate and assess emerging technologies
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Must possess a verifiable Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
BS / BA Degree
Five (5) years of experience in Manpower & Personnel analysis in Government systems and acquisition programs, and two (2) years of relevant experience in at least two (2) of the following areas :
Development of manpower requirements (KPPs or similar)
Development of manpower documentation such as Ship Manpower Documents (SMDs), Preliminary Ship Manpower Documents (PSMDs), Manpower Estimate Reports (MERs), Manpower Personnel Training Plans (MPTP)
Analysis and development of KSA requirements
Conduct Job Task Analysis and its relationship to Manpower / Personnel
Conduct Manpower Analysis
Development of manpower billet definitions as well as associated career progression paths
OR
HS diploma and ten (10) years of extensive Manpower & Personnel Analyst experience.
