What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients, guests, and employees at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access to the location, verify identification, and register visitors and / or vendors as required.

Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and / or emergency services as needed.

Assist in helping to deter unauthorized access or inappropriate behavior through attentive presence and communication.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, visitor information, and any incidents at the front desk.

Communicate professionally with building management, facilities staff, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related concerns or building operations.

Assist in providing information and directions to guests and employees, supporting a welcoming environment while maintaining security-related protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
