Director Of Leads Insights

The Anywhere Leads Network comprises 500 brokers across Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA, Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate, Corcoran, and Sotheby's International Realty with 8,000 certified agents. Our programs offer a cashback benefit to participating consumers in addition to the partnership of a certified real estate agent and support from our concierge team. This position will report into the VP, Operations & Customer Insights. The Anywhere Leads Network team is focused on managing and growing our existing enterprise partnerships that deliver a superb home buying and selling experiences to consumers. Within the Anywhere Leads Network, we recognize that data-driven insights are at the core of our revenue optimization strategy. As the Director of Leads Insights, you will be a vital member of our dynamic team, responsible for extracting data from complex data applications and delivering insights to internal & external stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly impact the organization by providing the critical analysis and reporting necessary for informed decision-making. We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically minded professional with technical expertise who is passionate about leveraging data to drive the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, insight-driven reporting and analytics to support Anywhere Lead's operations & customer insights.
  • Lead and develop a data & analytics team, fostering growth, collaboration, and a data-driven culture.
  • Oversee and manage the team's GitLab repository, ensuring version control, workflow management, and structured documentation of code, pipelines, and automations.
  • Maintain and organize the team's Confluence documentation, including process maps, data flow diagrams, technical specifications, and analytical methodologies.
  • Manage the Jira board to track and prioritize analytics initiatives, ensuring timely and transparent delivery across stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to transition reporting from legacy systems (e.g., MS Access, Cognos, etc.) to Snowflake for automated and scalable reporting.
  • Leverage Python and SQL to build data models, automate workflows, and perform advanced data analysis supporting network operations, partner programs, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that inform leadership decisions and support operational excellence.
  • Create and maintain clear data definitions, process documentation, and data lineage mapping to improve accuracy and transparency across reporting.
  • Provide program performance insights and recommendations that influence partner strategies, broker performance initiatives, and network growth.
  • Champion a data-drive culture by continuously optimizing tools, processes, and communication across technical and non-technical teams.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of demonstrated performance in data modeling and analytics.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Ability to manipulate and drive insights from large, disparate, datasets.
  • Proven ability to extract insights and to tell a story with data.
  • Expertise in managing GitLab for collaborative analytics workflows.
  • Expert in data visualization (i.e PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and its core concepts.
  • Technical development skills to include but not limited to MS Access, SQL, VBA, and Python.
