Pharmacy Supervisor

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee pharmacy benefit administration and ensure timely issue resolution for members, employers, and brokers

Track performance metrics and develop key performance indicators focused on efficiency and member satisfaction

Develop and maintain training programs for internal teams and implement new member and provider initiatives

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, PBM, health plan, or member services roles

2+ years of leadership experience

Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit design and specialty drug programs

Ability to build structure in fast-paced or scaling environments
