REGIONAL MANAGER - FLORIDA

AmeriWound is recruiting a FLORIDA REGIONAL MANAGER (RM) residing in or proximate to the Tampa / Orlando / St. Petersburg Area to lead business development & account management.

Only Florida residents will be considered & interviewed. Due to the proximities of SNFs across all parts of Florida, we prefer Central Florida residents located somewhat proximate to Tampa / Orlando / St.

Petersburg Area. This position has a strong base salary along with benefits. We need a strong sales closer who will be able to realize ONGOING (month after month) commissions for closing sales under an extraordinary, uncapped commission structure that is paid in addition to the base salary.

The RM regularly calls on, visits, and meets IN PERSON with current and prospective client staff at prospective facilities throughout Florida.

This is a remote role working both from home and at client sites fore meetings and presentations.

The Regional Manager addresses & effectively solves all SNF client & wound physician needs.

Position Responsibilities

• Serve as the territory operations leader dealing with various SNF client and prospective client needs, issues, and challenges.
• Coordinate with other AmeriWound staff and or Regional Managers that are within the RM’s scope of responsibility.
• Close commissioned SNF sales & follow through on multiple SNF contractual & operational issues in a defined territory.
• Regularly contact / visit SNF’s, & other long-term care settings to obtain new contracts for AmeriWound affiliated providers.
• Effectively manage the territory providing superior customer service to SNF clients.
• Develop new SNF business arrangements for territory.
• Collaborate & coordinate with AmeriWound employed and / or contracted providers Patient Scheduling, Managed Care, Clinical, Credentialing & Billing staff.

Specific Expectations

• Present to SNF management, staff & clinicians to close sales.
• Complete reports as assigned to by AmeriWound senior leadership.
• Maintain profitable region, managing expenses within budgeted expectations.

• Prior business development and operations experience.

• Ability to regularly close SNF sales & integrate AmeriWound physician wound care
• Ability to lead field operations & service multiple facilities
• Ability to effectively develop & maintain strong relationships with SNFs leading to closing sales
• Strong oral & written communication skills
• Strong provider collaboration and relational skills
• Consummate TEAM player.
• Healthcare, Medical Sales, Marketing, Nursing, or related fields
• Strong healthcare Provider, Patient, and Facility Customer Relations skills
• Ability to present to SNF leadership / management
• Ability to manage diverse processes simultaneously
