We are seeking a dedicated litigation attorney with 5–10 years of experience in trust and estate disputes to manage day-to-day handling of hourly litigation matters. What You'll Do :

• Independently handle and manage trust and estate litigation cases on an hourly basis
• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with a team of top-tier litigators and support staff

What We're Looking For :

5–10 years of Trust and Estate litigation experience (REQUIRED)

Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills

Ability to manage cases independently with strategic thinking and efficiency

Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

Availability to work from Newport Beach , with hybrid options available
