Vice President, Leasing & Business Development

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive client engagement, execute leases for data center capacity, secure new revenue streams, and shape the company’s leasing strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, acquiring, and developing new client accounts.
• Lead leasing efforts for both existing and planned data center capacity.
• Negotiate complex leasing agreements with enterprise and colocation clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and account expansion.
• Develop leasing processes, infrastructure, and performance metrics; report progress against agreed targets.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align leasing with broader business initiatives.
• Provide accurate forecasting, track key leasing metrics, and ensure reporting transparency.
• Lead, mentor, and coach members of the leasing team.
