This position is for a full-time employee Monday - Friday, 30 - 40 hours weekly, 8 am - 5 pm or part-time Monday - Friday 25 hours per week 12 pm - 5 pm. Please indicate which you are interested in.

The BT will use evidence-based protocols and positive reinforcement to teach or increase language and communication skills, promote play and social skills, encourage daily living activities, and develop pre-academic skills in the home, community, and / or school setting. You will directly contribute to our client's success stories by providing them with the necessary skills to be successful!
RBT Duties / Responsibilities :
Implement one on one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) intervention programs to children in a home, school or other environments as neededObserve and collect data on the child's behaviorTeach child the specific behavior skills called for in the treatment planAttend regular supervisory meetings with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Maintain clear lines of communication and professional boundariesRBT Requirements :
At least 18 years oldPossess a high school diploma or equivalent minimum, Bachelors degree preferredCertified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 90 days of hirePatience and ability to engage effectively with active childrenAbility to work collaboratively as part of a therapy team and independentlyAvailability for a minimum of 10 hours per weekAdherence to the RBT Ethics Code and company policiesAbility to lift up to 40 lbs, run, kneel, stand, and actively participate in playClean background check and positive professional referencesPay Range :
$19.50 / hour until you are a certified RBT, then $20.50 / hour.
