- Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based ABA techniques to promote independence, social skills, and personal growth through fun and interactive activities tailored to each child's unique needs.
- Teaching skills to enhance communication and functioning
- Implementing and facilitating behavior plans, monitoring outcomes, and adjusting strategies as needed
- Restructuring environments to support positive outcomes and reduce problematic behaviors
- Collecting data and maintaining accurate records
- Communicating with behavior analysts, families, and peers to coordinate activities and advocate for individual needs
- Completing daily progress notes and maintaining accurate records

Pay : $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Requirements : RBT Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED equivalentPass a National Criminal Background checkRBT Certification requiredCompletion of RBT certification process within 30 days of employmentReliable transportationAbility to physically engage with children in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 30lbs and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace.Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.Must be willing to travel and work in-home settings.Childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor, etc.) (Preferred)Mental health advocates and professionals (QMHP, behavioral health technicians) (Preferred)Camp counselors, volunteers, youth faith group leaders or youth coaching (Preferred)Degrees in special education, teaching, psychology, sociology, or related fields (Preferred)Experience as direct support, paraprofessionals, or life skills assistants (Preferred)Join Our Caring, Team-Oriented Culture!
