123JUNK is the DC Area's fastest-growing unwanted items redistribution service. We are expanding our Fleet Team (Drivers - Non-CDL) to accommodate our rapid growth.

You must meet all the following criteria before applying :

• Have reliable transportation and be on time to the office in Chantilly, VA
• Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, including your driving record
• Be able to lift and carry 100+ pounds repeatedly (for real!)
• Have a friendly demeanor and professional presence (great customer service skills)
• Driver's license with 5 years of driving experience, with experience operating box trucks
• Knowledge of route driving and customer service is essential
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions accurately
• Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues

Job Responsibilities

This is what you will be doing...

Your shift starts at our corporate office located in Chantilly, VA (typically around 0745 AM). You will safely and efficiently operate a box truck to / from customer sites and donation, recycling, and disposal centers, while following all traffic laws and DOT safety regulations.

Load and unload cargo, ensuring that it is properly secured during transit. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.

Adhere to company schedule, route, customer service, and uniform policies and procedures. You and your team will distribute all items appropriately to empty the truck at the end of the shift so it's ready to go the following day.
