Do you have a true passion for helping the underserved? If so, we are currently looking for a LCSW, LMFT, and LPC to join our organization to be a active member of our behavioral health program as a licensed therapist.

We provide behavioral health therapy and counseling to children and families by incorporating best practices and approaches in order to help the children and families dealing with mental health needs.

You will be responsible for :

  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions to assess and treat mental health disorders, emotional problems, and behavioral issues.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure coordinated care for clients.
  • Continuously assess and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Adhere to ethical principles, professional standards, and legal guidelines related to mental health practice.
  • Provide timely documentation of client's progress and diagnostic information in the client's medical records.

Qualifications :

  • A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure or certification as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and electronic medical record systems.
  • Commitment to professional development and continuing education.

Experience Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years experience working with children and families (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of Evidence based best practices, in relation to trauma informed therapy and client-centered treatment. (Preferred)
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) (Strongly Preferred)
