Senior Analyst, Customer Facing Supply Chain (DTC)

As a Senior Analyst, Customer Facing Supply Chain (DTC), you will support the development and optimization of our direct-to-consumer supply chain operations, including retail and e-commerce. Your primary responsibilities will include data analysis, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, ensuring alignment with business KPIs as well as supporting the implementation of new capabilities (e.g. RFID). DTC Operations Focus

Assist in developing and optimizing supply chain processes for our retail and e-commerce operations. Utilize data analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency. Explore potential new business models and capabilities to enhance the DTC supply chain.

Process Governance

Support adherence to service models and best practices in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Performance Tracking

Ensure performance measurements are aligned with business KPIs. Measure our performance to ensure we meet or exceed DTC operational goals. Create a comprehensive view to increase visibility on key critical indicators.

Key Activities & Value Creation :

Establish regular communication with VF retail and e-commerce teams to explore requirements, identify operational enhancement opportunities, and consider potential new business models. Collaborate with key functions to ensure operational needs are analyzed and prioritized accordingly. Represent the needs of the DTC operations within the VF Supply Chain processes to elevate operational excellence. Work with internal functions to define and ensure service execution in line with DTC operational needs. Perform root cause analysis on key operating processes from order entry to invoicing and returns to maximize efficiency and support achieving SLAs. Drive cost-to-serve optimization initiatives, detecting inefficiencies and addressing improvements through detailed data analysis.

What Do You Need To Succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 3+ years of experience and professional achievements. The foundation skills you will need in this position are :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university (preferred concentration in Engineering, Supply Chain or Business Management)
• Equivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree, as determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager's criteria
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience in supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on direct to consumer and data analysis

Location Requirement :

Hybrid role, minimum 3 days in office.
