About the position :
- Initiate outbound calls to the IRS to gather information about clients' tax concerns and issues.
- Compile and organize comprehensive reports detailing clients' tax problems and the necessary steps for resolution.
- Request and obtain necessary transcripts, documents, and information from the IRS on behalf of clients.
- Manage and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion of assigned duties.
Job Requirements :
Active PTIN and CAF numbers with the IRS are required.CTEC Certification preferred.1-2 years of experience with a tax-related CRM.Possesses excellent computer (G Suite, Microsoft Office) skills.Time management – multi-tasker, able to manage large caseloads, prioritize cases, and follow up with Tax Professionals, Sales, and Clients in a timely manner.Ability to remain focused and productive within a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong work ethic.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes.Our work environment and location include :
