Support the General Manager in leading hotel operations to meet goals in Quality, Service, Profit, and Teamwork. Foster a positive work environment and deliver exceptional +1 Service to guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and inspire hotel staff to uphold Drury’s Vision, Mission, and Values.Recruit, train, and support team members for success.Assist in managing budgets and improving operational efficiency.Promote guest satisfaction through proactive service and issue resolution.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.Support sales and marketing efforts to grow market share.Step in as acting General Manager when needed.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree preferred (hospitality or business); experience may substitute.Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience; hotel background preferred.Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Rise. Shine. Work Happy.™
