BCBA Responsibilities

Develop and supervise individualized ABA treatment plans

Provide clinical supervision and ongoing support to RBTs

Conduct assessments and update goals as needed

Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams

Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance

Compensation & Schedule

Full-time (30 hrs / week) or part-time available

Flexible scheduling

100% remote position

Required Qualifications

Active BCBA certification

Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Virginia , or eligibility to obtain LBA before starting

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

Experience supervising RBTs and delivering ABA programming

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
