Key Responsibilities
Liaise with Collectors to support inquiries and resolve issues
Provide exemplary service through various communication channels
Build relationships with repeat Collectors and develop knowledge of the product portfolio
Required Qualifications
Positive attitude with a passion for serving Collectors
General knowledge of the trading cards and collectibles industry
Experience in customer interactions via web, voice, and email
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
