Job Summary :

HireCare Services Virginia is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Community, VA. As an RBT, you will work closely with our team of professionals to provide high-quality behavioral services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities :

Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities

Implement individualized behavioral treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to develop and revise treatment plans

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients and their families

Provide communication and support to clients, families, and other team members as needed

Requirements :

[Salary : $25 - $30 WEEKLY]

High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or developmental disabilities preferred

Certified RBT through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willing to obtain certification within 3 months of hire

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Work Schedule : PART_TIME
