About the role : The Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, appraising, and acquiring pre-owned vehicles for dealership inventory. This includes building relationships with private sellers, conducting accurate appraisals, and ensuring acquisitions meet both market demand and profitability goals. A minimum of 80% of all acquisitions must be sourced directly from private customers, service drives, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and the Vehicle Acquisition Network, rather than wholesalers, dealers, or businesses.
This role rewards both time and effort, paying $18.75 per hour plus $150 for each car purchased privately and $25 for each car acquired as a trade-in.
