Construction Safety Manager

The Construction Safety Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production and operating workers. This role involves implementing strategies to enhance employee motivation, improve production methods, and ensure high-quality and efficient equipment performance.

Responsibilities

• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and efficiency.
• Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing issues.
• Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems to detect production problems.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff and resolve personal grievances.
• Set and monitor product standards to ensure quality finished products.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and personnel records.

Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite, located between Milwaukee and Chicago in Wisconsin. The typical schedule is five days a week, 40 hours per week, with the possibility of working up to 15 additional hours. The role requires active participation in planning meetings and proactive safety leadership, ensuring compliance with global construction safety requirements.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $88.00 - $98.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
