Our client, an industry leader in construction and safety management, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 5 to join their dedicated team. As a Construction Safety Manager 5, you will be an integral part of the safety and compliance department supporting project operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location : Sturtevant, WI

Pay Range : $76.10-$83.70 Hourly

What's the Job?

• Supervise and coordinate safety protocols across construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve safety practices and procedures.
• Review operations and collaborate with technical or administrative staff to resolve safety-related issues.
• Develop and enforce safety training programs and safety tracking systems.
• Maintain safety records, prepare reports, and monitor safety performance metrics.
