Job descriptionCompetitive compensation package, commensurate with qualification and experience; based on MGMA values Minimum three years of experience estimated annual compensation is over $355,000 with options for additional shifts Full-time, employed position Commencement bonus Relocation reimbursement Excellent medical, dental, vision insurance options Vacation, Sick, Holiday, Paid Education Leave CME Reimbursement Retirement, vested day one Malpractice and tail coverage provided Loan Forgiveness Program Qualification Cap-exempt H-1B Visa eligible Candidates must be internal medicine residency-trained Board certified / eligibility in internal medicine required Only designated level II trauma center for Kern County and also serves as a tertiary medical center (222 beds) UCLA affiliated teaching hospital Kern Medical trains over 200 medical & osteopathic students, residents and fellows annually Graduate medical education programs in the specialties of Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Psychiatry, General Surgery and Pharmacy as well as Fellowship Programs in Child & Adolescent and Addiction Psychiatry, Infectious Disease, Addiction Medicine and Simulation Laboratory (non-ACGME program) Accredited stroke center Thirteen outpatient clinics for nearly 217,000 patients Growing community with over 400,000 residents in town and almost 1 million in the county Excellent schools, great neighborhoods and affordable housing Proximity to world-class beaches and the high Sierra mountains Warm, temperate climate with long summers - Bakersfield is ranked as one of the sunniest cities in the US Rated as one of the Best Places to Live in California (CA) by US News Easy-access to museums, concerts, river rafting, golf courses, national parks, rock climbing, and more Located in Californias San Joaquin Valley just 90 minutes north of Los Angeles California (CA) and 2 hours from Disneyland!

- 26 work weeks per year + accrued vacation time & additional PTO (listed below)
Compensation and Additional Benefits :
New graduate estimated annual compensation is over $330,000 with options for additional shifts
