This is a full-time, salaried position with comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

The Rotational Leadership Academy (RLA) is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to grow and develop emerging leaders within Mercy's healthcare system. As an RLA Associate, you''ll explore a variety of departments and functions, gaining exposure to key areas such as Operations Excellence, Specialty Care, Hospital / Clinics and Human Resources, Marketing, Missions and Formation, Strategic Ventures, Enterprise Data, Artificial Intelligence, and more. This unique opportunity allows you to build a strong foundation in leadership while discovering where your talents can make the greatest impact.
