A company is looking for a Customer Experience Training Specialist (Veterinary-Focused).
Key Responsibilities
Designs, develops, and delivers training programs for customer service staff and leadership
Manages and maintains the Five9 contact center system to align with business needs
Conducts quality audits and collects training metrics to measure program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field preferred
Five or more years of customer service experience, with training or leadership experience
Experience in a contact center environment, preferably with Five9 administration
Strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels
Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance licenses are desired or the ability to obtain
