What you will be doing

You will be on a development pathway to prepare you to be a key member our Supply Chain & Logistics Team and can expect to be involved in the following:

• Developing a unique understanding of our end to end supply chain through exposure to its full life cycle.

• Working cross-functionally from production planning to supply management to logistics & transport including the Beluga!

• Have the opportunity to work on a wide portfolio of topics related to process improvement, digital transformation and synchronization of our information flow.

• Contributing towards the decarbonisation of our supply chain by driving sustainable projects in collaboration with our suppliers.

Our variety of projects have an impact on the full supply chain perimeter across the UK and also globally.

At the end of the 2 year development programme you will be fully equipped as a key player in our team.

What we look for

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate;

• Educated to a degree level or equivalent within Business Management, Supply Chain & Logistics or Engineering

• Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)

• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation

• The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.

What you will need to apply:

• Project management experience

• Capacity to work under pressure and support projects with challenging timelines

• Familiarity with Google workspace

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Knowledge of IT tools will be considered an asset
