About the Opportunity
Our client, a leader in SaaS, is looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with CPQ Expertise to join their team for a 3-month engagement. This project involves designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions, developing and customizing Salesforce applications, and configuring Salesforce CPQ functionalities. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions considering impact analysis, ensuring scalability, performance, data integrity, and alignment with business goals.
- Developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce tools.
- Configuring Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including product configuration, pricing rules, discount structures, QCP, and approval processes.
- Conducting unit testing, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Collaborating with business system analysts, business stakeholders, and the development team to clarify functional and technical requirements.
- Creating and maintaining detailed technical design documents (TDDs), including architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and integration designs, to support efficient development and future scalability.
- Contributing actively in thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Adhering to Salesforce development best practices, including naming conventions, coding standards, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in Salesforce development.At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce CPQ. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, middleware tools), CI / CD pipelines, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado).Strong communication skills to provide clear and concise status updates to the project team, and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II and Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
