As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required as you navigate the property to support a secure atmosphere and respond to client needs with agility and care.

What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and / or access.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.

Document incidents and daily activities as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
