As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming environment. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help maintain peace of mind for tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Monitor the commercial real estate environment for unusual activities, potential hazards, and / or suspicious behavior, and report findings as required.

Communicate with property management, tenants, and visitors to address concerns and provide information as necessary.

Document security-related activities, incidents, and / or observations according to Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements :

At least two years of security-related experience is required.

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
