Arizona Licensed Clinical Director

A company is looking for a Director, Clinical Performance Oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and direct a team focused on clinical performance improvement activities

Monitor and evaluate clinical program performance, identifying opportunities for improvement

Collaborate with senior leadership to establish strategic plans and drive process changes

Required Qualifications

At least 8 years of healthcare experience, including 6 years in managed care and clinical operations

Minimum of 3 years in healthcare management or leadership roles

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or other advanced clinical licensure

Deep understanding of clinical operations, including utilization and care management

Experience in coaching and providing operational feedback to teams
