Job descriptionHourly pay plus commission. All leads provided—no cold calling! Full training and professional development. Flexible, remote work environment. Supportive team atmosphere with small teams of 12–15 agents. Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients using leads provided by the company. Utilize our CRM system to manage client interactions and sales. Educate clients on Medicare plans, helping them select the best options for their needs. Meet and strive to exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Stay current on Medicare regulations and offerings. A valid 02-40 or 02-15 license and AHIP certification . Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple screens.
