CNC Machinist Job Overview : Perform setup, operation, and programming of complex machined components for various industries.

Responsibilities & Duties :

• Set up all repeat jobs that are fully documented.
• Run the first piece to print specifications.
• Program and make edits as necessary.
• Manually inspect parts according to inspection sheet criteria.
• Read blueprints to a medium / high level and correlate with inspection protocols.
• Apply knowledge of GD&T tolerancing.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously as a production cell.
• Utilize advanced shop math, including trigonometry and geometry.
• Mentor and train operators.
• Perform other duties as needed.
