We are representing a well-established, patient-focused endodontic group with multiple locations in the Bay Area that is seeking a skilled Endodontist to join their growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative team in a high-demand setting, with clinical autonomy, strong referral support, and access to the latest in endodontic technology.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Model : 43% of collections for all services provided supported by high collections and strong reimbursement rates.

Debt Assistance Program : $2,000 per month for the first year to help offset student loan payments while building a patient base.

Relocation : Negotiable.

Continuing Education : $2,500 annual allowance for CE courses, travel, and training.

Paid Time Off : Four (4) weeks of PTO.
