Oracle Cloud Finance Lead

Trova Solution is looking for an oracle Cloud Finance lead for a long term porject in the US.

Led 3 successful end-to-end implementations of Oracle ERP Cloud Financials, specifically focusing on General Ledger, financial allocations, and reporting currencies for large multinational clients.

• Configured and managed primary and secondary ledgers, ensuring accurate financial data flow, system integration, and compliance with internal and external financial reporting standards.
• Developed and executed detailed configuration for the Fusion Accounting Hub, including mapping of financial data between multiple source systems and ensuring consistency across reporting structures.
• Worked extensively with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into system design specifications and test cases.
• Designed, implemented, and tested GL approval rules and workflow automations, optimizing user permissions and approval processes for financial transactions as per client requirements.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver end-user training, system support, and post-implementation process improvements.
• Conducted financial system data mapping for seamless migration of historical financial data from legacy systems to the ERP Cloud, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare requirement documents, configuration documents and review configuration documents with key stakeholders.
• Work with Data Conversion teams, prepare conversions rules, validate the initial data load extractions.
• Prepare CRP sessions, conduct the CRP Sessions with Core Business users, execute the high critical business scenarios.
• Update the functional design documentation based on the CRP sessions outcomes and recommendations.
• Update the Configuration Documents and preparation for next Test Cycle SIT
• In Parallel, I also work with Conversions, Integration and Report Development teams, review and suggest the technical design documents.
• Validate initial Conversion, Integration and Report Test results before the business validations.
• Responsible conduction SIT sessions, review, and resolve the functional Setups / Configurations, Data, Integrations issues.
• Responsible conduction UAT sessions, review, and resolve the functional Setups / Configurations, Data, Integrations issues.
