Small Florida based firm with multiple health care related clients in North and South Carolina seeks an associate attorney to become a part of our growing team.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage NC office
  • File litigation and probate pleadings
  • Attend trial and hearings on a statewide basis
  • Develop and implement marketing plans
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in probate and / or litigation
  • Familiarity with online filing systems
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
