Carhop Manager Opportunity
CarHop is a growing, nationwide, auto sales & finance company with a "can do" attitude. We believe in work life balance, training, developing, and promoting our teams from within. Managers will work with an existing Branch Manager to oversee our Auburn location and its staff to achieve profitable sales with the ultimate goal of overseeing your own retail location. Must be open to relocate to any store in the Puget sound area.

Manager Responsibilities :
Leading yourself and team in a way that supports Carhops Vision and missionSetting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance goalsEngaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectationsDriving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operationsOverseeing the sales process and monitor performance and executionHire, coach and train all store staff - conduct weekly training and one-on-onesMentor new staff on standard methodologies for improving performanceManage all aspects of the branch which include sales, inventory and warrantyAnalyze the business and develop action plans to improve performance ensuring the branch achieves forecast goals and objectivesManager Requirements :
