Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hamilton, Ohio on a contract basis. This role is an integral part of our Public Housing and Leasing Department, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include processing housing applications accurately and efficiently, drafting and sending correspondence, organizing and digitizing documents by scanning them into the property management system, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data integrity across systems, providing general administrative support to the Public Housing and Leasing Department, assisting with data entry tasks to support leasing operations, collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of departmental goals, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service as needed, and helping manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, proficiency in data entry and basic office software, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, familiarity with leasing or real estate processes is preferred, ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively, excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with document scanning and record management, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all tasks.
