Finance Manager Responsibilities :
- Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values;
- Coordinate, review, consolidate, and complete the planning process including long-range plans, annual operating budgets, forecasts and risks, and opportunities for business partners;
- Perform actual results variance analysis vs. budget analysis forecast;
- Work with business partners to establish Standard Costs for budgeting and management of P&Ls to help drive financial accountability and insight;
- Oversee analysis and post-audit tracking of strategic initiatives, including development of supporting discounted cash flow models and expected outcomes;
- Manage, mentor, and oversee the work of other financial analysts;
- Identify areas for margin expansion, including the performance of fixed / variable contribution margin analysis, and utilization of equipment, labor, etc.;
Lead financial reviews with location, area, and executive level management and assist in interpreting financial results :
Finance Manager Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- CPA is great but not required
- Previous construction or manufacturing experience preferred
- 4+ years of experience in a finance-based role
