Job Summary : We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise-level initiatives in a healthcare supply-chain environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Cardinal Health or similar organizations (McKesson, AmerisourceBergen, Medline), with deep understanding of business workflow analysis, functional requirements gathering, cross-functional collaboration , and supporting solution design for complex operational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements .
• Conduct current-state vs. future-state gap analysis and define process improvements.
• Develop BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Data Mapping , and functional models.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement walkthroughs with business & technical teams.
• Support solution design discussions and clarify requirements for development and QA teams.
• Participate in UAT planning, test case review, and execution support .
• Ensure all documentation meets compliance, audit, and traceability standards.
• Assist in project planning, stakeholder communication, and change management efforts.
