Job Summary :
The Senior Project Manager role involves planning, directing, and coordinating technical and business projects to achieve goals within set timeframes and budgets. This includes managing complex project plans, defining work breakdown structures, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves mentoring junior project managers and contributing to PMO initiatives.

Responsibilities :
- Manage projects in alignment with corporate standards, operating procedures, and departmental processes.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, risk / issues, change control, and general project administration.
- Promote a culture of early risk mitigation and accountability.
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Direct project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of project activities.
- Manage and align vendor performance with contractual Statements of Work (SOW).
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and clear communication.
- Monitor project metrics to track performance against expectations and budgets.
- Communicate proactively regarding status, risks, and issues with stakeholders and leadership.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project Online.
- Utilize Microsoft Project Online and Power BI for project reporting and data-driven insights.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and leadership to junior project managers or support staff.
- Engage regularly with senior management and executives to drive project success.
- Manage high-complexity projects with minimal supervision.
- Facilitate organizational change management to ensure project adoption and sustainability.
- Support onboarding and readiness activities for new project managers.
- Contribute to Project Management Office (PMO) improvement initiatives.
- Accurately forecast and manage project resources for successful execution.
- Lead high-level discussions with executives and sponsors to align strategic objectives.
Required Skills & Certifications :
Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.Minimum 6 years managing large-scale projects.Proficient in Microsoft Project Online / Server for scheduling and maintenance.Experienced in Power BI for project reporting.Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.Preferred Skills & Certifications :
