You'll be part of a Regional Reliability team with the company, contributing to broader strategic goals while operating with autonomy in the field. Veterans who are used to traveling for assignments and managing unpredictable conditions will find the travel component (up to 50%) and off-hours availability both familiar and manageable. Your ability to operate under pressure, communicate clearly, and uphold safety protocols will be highly valued in this role. You'll also engage in root cause analysis, contribute to turnaround planning, and provide technical guidance to on-site teams.
