Material Analyst, Warehouse Supervisor

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a position within Material Analyst, Warehouse Supervisor. This role is onsite at our Cleveland, TN facility. The purpose of this role is to provide leadership to our internal materials group to successfully provide innovative methods for material flow, process redesigns, and improvement. This includes managing hourly group leaders and material handlers while working with production and engineering in accordance with Whirlpool's values and goals in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Solid understanding of lean concepts, material flow, quality, and productivity / efficiency projects
• Accountable for developing the most efficient flow of material through the facility
• Achieve Safety, Delivery and Cost goals
• Lead receiving in the Purchase warehouse to accurately and timely inbound raw material
• Drive a culture of Safety, Accountability, and Accuracy
• Drive cross-functional relationships to help achieve plant goals, communication, and teamwork
