Project Manager

Provide structure and organization through a project's life cycle and consistently deliver all solutions specific to customer needs. Analyze data provided by customers in a variety of formats and convert that data into usable information. Work on a cross functional team supporting various internal teams while managing large scale projects and aggressive timelines. On a day-to-day basis, this position collaborates with functional group team members across Medline to support the execution of customer projects and manage day-to-day questions and concerns.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all 3PL inventory onsite, ensuring accurate tracking of inbound and outbound product movement.
• Monitor backorders and product recalls, identify substitute items, and secure clinical approval across departments (e.g., OR, Anesthesia, Respiratory).
• Coordinate product conversions and new item introductions, ensuring seamless integration into hospital operations.
• Recommend par levels and storage room designs to optimize inventory accessibility and space utilization.
• Analyze purchase order patterns and item connectivity to reduce unnecessary POs and maintain high fill rates (>

97%).

The anticipated salary range for this position : $62,400.00 - $90,480.00 Annual. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and / or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
