The Program Manager, Advisor oversees complex global manufacturing site to site transfer programs to ensure alignment with business goals, budget adherence, and quality standards. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and suppliers, focusing on planning, execution, timeline / resource management, risk mitigation, and reporting program status and performance metrics. This role is a hybrid position and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office. Your work location will be Lincolnshire, IL. Zebra reserves the right to modify your work location based on business need.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a related field, MS preferred with 8+ years' experience, plus experience leading teams Proven experience in project and program management, including managing large-scale Manufacturing transfer programs / products. Proven experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong knowledge of demand planning, product processes, quality and Lean Six Sigma as well as the ability to measure process effectiveness using metrics. Experience working with JDM's. PMP certification is highly desired.
Key Skills and Competencies : Effective in presenting and communicating (both verbal and written) and facilitating discussions with peers and senior-level audiences. Proficient in MS Office or similar tools.
