Description
To support the sales team by creating and customizing product demonstrations that showcase the value and functionality of solutions to prospective clients. This role focuses primarily on demonstrations and value proposition to New Logo Opportunities and Strategic Customer Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a specialist in leading functional discoveries and demonstrations New Logo sales cycles.
- Develop and configure product demos based on client requirements provided by the sales team.
- Help drive continuous improvement through the Pre-Sales and Sales Organization.
- Ensure demos are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with solution capabilities.
- Maintain demo environments and update them with new features or releases.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand solution functionality and client needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in demo environments.
- Document demo processes and maintain a library of reusable demo assets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Diploma or Degree in related field5–7+ years’ experience in technical support, pre-sales, or similar roles.Led discoveries and product demonstrations for a technical solution(s) (ERP, CRM, WMS, MES or similar)Understanding of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain industriesBasic technical knowledge of the product or platform (e.g., SaaS, software solutions).Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications.Good communication skills for internal collaboration.Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Benefits
